Moe Oslo accepts payments with credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
If you need to return you item, the amount of the purchase will be transferred back to your bank account. For Returns please refer to our Return Policy below.
Taxes and Duties
All prices on the website are including VAT.
If you order from a non-EU country (e.g. Norway and Switzerland) we will reimburse you 21% of the purchase price on the bank account which the payment was made. This is the Dutch VAT which is included in the price displayed in our webshop. Please note that import duties and taxes may be charged by local authorities at the rates set by the receivers country's authorities. If the import duties and taxes for any reason are not paid, we have the right to charge the customer any additional costs that might be charges to us due to this.
We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of more then €100 within Europe. For orders below €100 we charge €20 per order.
Outside Europe, we offer free shipping for all orders above €500. For orders below €500 we charge €40 per order.
Estimated delivery time is between 3-10 working days. As we ship though a third party we cannot guarantee the estimated delivery times. Please take note that there can be delays with shipping at busy periods, like Christmas. Please notice that some international orders are subjected to customs clearance procedures, and this may delay the original delivery estimates.
We will ship your order with PostNL or UPS. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be given a tracking number. All orders will be delivered at your door and require a signature upon delivery.
The parcel is insured until it is delivered to you. When signed and received, the items are entirely your responsibility.
It is also possible to pick up your garment in our studio in Amsterdam. If you would like this, please make a note of this when placing your order and we will contact you to arrange this.
Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. Thus, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will of course allow you to refund or exchange your item(s).
All orders can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the items.
When returning any items, please note that all items must be sent back in original, undamaged packaging, with all labels and hang tags attached. The items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Please attach a copy of the receipt you received with your order. All orders must be well packed, so they are protected when being shipped. Moe Oslo reserves the right to deny any return if the criteria above written is not met.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping of the return, unless the return is due to accepted complaint. The customer must be the one to arrange the return shipment. The shipping of the parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches Moe Oslo. We advise you to send the parcel with a tracking number. Please email us your chosen shipping provider and the tracking number so we can also keep a track of it.
As soon as we have received and approved your returned items we will transfer the amount of purchase to the same account used for the order.
International customers outside EU: to ensure a faster and correct customs processing, please clearly write RETURNED GOODS on the package. Also make sure to send copies of the commercial invoice together with the parcel to ensure there are no issues with the customs clearance.
